Inspiracją dla projektu był nowo otwarty taras przy restauracji Europejski Grill. Zaprojektowana przez Lázaro Rosa-Violána, charakterystyczna restauracja hotelu z własnym tarasem oferuje spektakularny widok na Plac Piłsudskiego, miejsce wielu pamiętnych chwil w bogatej historii Warszawy.
